OUR RESERVATION POLICY Teppanyaki restaurants are unique, often very busy and with COMMUNAL seating (a shared table). As such we have specific reservation policies which are intended to create the best possible experience for all of our guests. Dining Time: Early seatings between 4:30pm - 7:30pm have a maximum dining time of 1.5 hours. For larger groups and for a more leisurely dining experience, we recommend reserving from 8:00pm onwards (8:30pm during holidays). Arrival: Parties must arrive all together and within 5 minutes of the reservation time to avoid delaying the other guests you’ll be seated with. Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may be waitlisted with wait times as much as 3 hours. Large Parties: For groups larger than 8 guests or multiple parties wishing to sit together, please contact us directly. Parties of 12 or more can only be accommodated after 8:00pm (8:30pm during holidays). * Please note, guests making multiple group reservations online and requesting to sit together, will contacted and moved to a later seating. Credit Card: All reservations of 2 or more guests require a valid credit card to confirm the booking. Please noteWe kindly request you contact the restaurant after 4:30 PM PST to provide your details.
Cancellations/ Changes/ No shows: No separate checks, with a maximum of 2 credit card payments per group are accepted. Outside Desserts: Allowed only in the later seatings (8:00pm or later). A cake fee of $3 per guest on the reservation will be added to the check
Corkage Fee: $35 per 750ml bottle with a maximum of 2 bottles per reservation.
